EXM forms new strategic partnership with Nucleus

We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a strategic partnership with Nucleus, a next generation FinTech studio and venture investment platform.

Nucleus provide on-demand services to start-up and established companies by helping them scale their businesses. Nucleus has invested in EXM and through the partnership will provide hands on support to accelerate EXMs entry and growth in the North American market. EXM will also leverage Nucleus’s extensive European network.

EXM is focused on helping its Private Equity clients generate sustainable returns by connecting financial performance, ESG / Sustainability metrics and value creation activities to provide a holistic view of the portfolio, encompassing trailing and leading indicators through its Portfolio Management platform.

Even before the disruption caused by Covid-19, PE firms faced increased regulatory and investor pressure which is now driving the digital transformation within PE firms. EXM is designed for the front and middle office and can connect to the portfolio to provide an end to end digital solution to manage the value creation process from investment to exit.
