The evening focused on ways General Partners and Limited Partners can effectively drive value-creation through strategy execution to deliver maximum return for their investors.

We were honoured to Partner with Strategy Execution Thought-Leader, Professor Jeroen de Flander, who presented his keynote address ‘Agile Strategy Execution in a Disruptive World’. 

We also heard from Warren Gee, Operating Partner at Cairngorm Capital who shared with the audience the common challenges his organisation faced with strategy execution and his experience with EXM.

Following the presentations, guests had the opportunity to gather in The Crimson Bar for networking drinks and canapes.
